At La Salera we serve the genuine flavours of the Fiemme Valley with traditional local dishes as well as a wide range of pizzas in an intimate, informal, warm mountain-style ambience. Top-quality raw materials, local ingredients and seasonal produce lead our choices in the kitchen.

Our traditional, wealthy cuisine is made with zero-km raw materials only and promotes the flavours of Trentino. From meat to cold cuts and cheese, from fruit to vegetables, not to mention wine and water from local sources – all the ingredients we use and the resulting dishes respect the origins of our territory and tell intriguing stories about their uniqueness. Our business concept is rooted in all this.

PIZZAS FOR ALL TASTES

With or without tomato sauce, classic or topped with local ingredients, our pizzas are designed to meet all tastes and needs. Try either the traditional or our special inForma dough, made with invariably stone-milled kamut, soya and organic, GMO-free spelt flour.
