Our cuisine stands out for its genuine, tasty dishes. It had its origins in the early 1990s with the opening of our restaurant and has evolved over time with contaminations from new recipes and flavours that come from a lush, generous land.

One ingredient has remained unchanged: passion for the local territory and our steady commitment to giving our guests the opportunity to appreciate our spontaneous cuisine that tells the story of Val di Fiemme and of the Masocco family. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and cosy.

APPETIZERS

Cold and hot appetizers typical of Val di Fiemme. Do not miss our “taglieri” (literally “chopping boards”) of local charcuterie and cheeses to be shared with fellow diners. Our crown jewels? Trentino speck and cheeses from the valley’s alpine pastures.

FIRST COURSES

Knödel, risotto with porcini mushrooms, spätzle with Gorgonzola cheese, pappardelle with game ragout, Trentino-style barley soup, creamy barley risotto: prepared by the skillful hands of our chefs, our first courses are all about taste and tradition. Our recipes evoke the typical flavours of the mountains to keep your spirits high for the whole day!

MAIN COURSES

Our main courses invariably leave their mark with the best local meat, such as goulasch or venison stew with polenta, deer chops with mushrooms or Carne salada. Fish and meat dishes including fillets, cutlets, knuckles and escalopes in several variations compliment our offer to please all palates.

DESSERTS

At the end of your meal, try our desserts made with fresh ingredients (milk, eggs, flour, cocoa) or freshly baked cakes. All our desserts are homemade with the same love and care of our grand-grandmothers. Try our traditional apple strudel or Linzer Torte, or stick to a classical tiramisu, panna cotta or sorbet.
