The ingredients that we use to prepare dishes at the La Salera Restaurant-Pizzeria are carefully selected every day to serve only the best of what the local territory and surrounding nature may offer. Local, 0-km, fresh, seasonal produce contribute to enhance your taste experience.

From cheese to meat, from vegetables to wine, every single ingredient we use is from Trentino, so that you can discover the flavours of Val di Fiemme and fully immerse in the gourmet cuisine of this region.

From the inexhaustible resources of wild herbs, roots, berries and mushrooms growing on the slopes and in the forests of our valley to typical dairy products including Cuor di Fassa or Puzzone di Moena malga cheeses to savour with honey, mostarda and all kinds of jams. Local cold cuts such as speck, salamis, game meat and beef are among the other excellences of the territory, to compliment with the typical rye bread from Trentino.

All the raw materials we use are prepared with knowledge and skill to enhance their properties and characteristics and to create dishes that are works of art.
